By downloading, installing, or using the EnglishCoach24 mobile application or website (englishcoach24.com) (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

EnglishCoach24 provides online English language education services, including but not limited to:

• IELTS preparation courses and practice tests
• NAPLAN preparation for Years 3, 5, 7, and 9
• Spoken English and fluency training
• AI-powered speaking practice coach
• Free English level assessments
• One-on-one consultation booking

3. User Accounts

• You may be required to create an account to access certain features of the Service.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Subscription & Payments

• Certain features of the Service may require a paid subscription or one-time payment.
• Payments are processed through the Google Play Store or our authorized payment processors.
• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, as selected).
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Google Play Store or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds are handled in accordance with Google Play Store policies.

5. Free Consultations & Bookings

• Free consultation slots are subject to availability and may be limited per user.
• We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel a consultation with reasonable notice.
• By booking a consultation, you consent to being contacted at the phone number or email provided.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the application
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its servers
• Share your account credentials with others or allow multiple users to access a single account
• Upload or transmit harmful code, viruses, or malicious content
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the Service

7. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, courses, branding, logos, and software associated with the Service are the intellectual property of EnglishCoach24 and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial educational purposes only.

8. User-Generated Content

If you submit any content through the Service (e.g., voice recordings during AI Coach sessions, forum posts, reviews), you grant EnglishCoach24 a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, process, and store such content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service. You retain ownership of your content.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding:

• The accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any content or course material
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Service
• Specific learning outcomes, test scores, or results

EnglishCoach24 is an educational resource and does not guarantee specific improvements in English proficiency, IELTS scores, or NAPLAN results.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EnglishCoach24 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or inability to access the Service.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

12. Modifications to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time by posting the updated version on this page. Material changes will be communicated via the app or email. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
